Here’s a new electronic track called ‘Minus’, written to accompany my latest video edit of a day up on the snowy slopes of Cairngorm Mountain – all shot at the beginning of December on my first day out of the season. I Didn’t think I was gonna get out on the hill that day as the winds we’re high and the tows we’re initially closed… whilst I was waiting for them to reopen, I sat in the cafe with this wee tune going round and round in my head… By the time I’d finished my coffee, the train was in operation again so I thought Id take the new camera out for a slow motion trial. My ‘wee tune’ became what is now the accompanying music to the video. Hope you like it!
